Shopping on our site is quick and easy:
1. Browse the catalog and click on the product you are interested in.

3. A summary window will open, click on "Proceed" and proceed to purchase.
4. Proceed to register your personal information to place your order or log in to your account if you are already a registered customer.
5. Enter your shipping address and payment information. If you have special delivery requirements, don't forget to report them in the appropriate section.
You can check and change the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time and you can pay with major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact our Customer Care team immediately so they can check the status of your order.
If cancellation is not possible, you can take advantage of our free return service. You may request a return within 14 days of the order’s delivery, for any reason. You can find more information in the “Returns and Refunds” section and in the “Terms and Conditions of Use” section.

Returns and size exchanges are free of charge. You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request an exchange.

If the size is available, you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on how to return the items you wish to exchange. Prepare the package and wait for the courier to pick it up.
All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags, labels, and accessories still attached.

Shipping
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €200 and is completed within 7 business days. For orders under €200, the shipping cost is €15.
Shipping within Europe is free for orders over €300. For orders under €300, the shipping cost is €25.
If you have any special delivery requirements, please be sure to note them in the designated section.
We recommend that you provide all relevant delivery details, such as the name on the intercom, the company name, or whether there is a concierge.

The courier will make another delivery attempt. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, a notice with contact information will be left, and your order will be held at a pickup location.
By contacting the courier listed on the notice, you can pick up your order at the designated location. If you are unable to pick up your order from the pickup point, the package will be returned to our warehouse after a few days of storage.
We ship to Italy and throughout Europe, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, and Hungary.
Yes, we have enabled shipping to the United States as well. Shipping charges are always additional, regardless of the cart amount, and are calculated at checkout based on the destination of the order.
Please note that since this is a non-EU shipment, any customs duties, local taxes and import fees are always the responsibility of the recipient.
Cruna is not responsible for any additional charges levied by U.S. customs authorities or for any delays due to customs inspections.
The shipping costs indicated by Cruna srl at the time of ordering do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
For orders placed on our website with delivery to the UK, Switzerland, and, in general, all non-European countries, any customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs provided by Cruna srl.
Failure by the customer to pay these charges will result in non-delivery of the ordered goods.
Returns and Refunds
The return and size exchange service is free of charge. From the delivery of your order, you have 14 days to request a return, whatever the reason.

Once we have received the return and verified the damage, we will issue a refund or replace the defective product, depending on your request and product availability.

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control department will conduct the necessary checks.
If the outcome is positive, we will confirm acceptance of the return and arrange for a refund.
The refund will be processed within ten business days of the return’s acceptance, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
If the refund is for an unavailable product that we are unable to ship to you, the refund will be processed within five business days of when you placed the order.
To exchange a product you must return it by following the online return procedure and proceed with a new order.
