Shopping on our site is quick and easy:

1. Browse the catalog and click on the product you are interested in.

2. On the product detail page, select your preferred size and color and click "Add."

3. A summary window will open, click on "Proceed" and proceed to purchase.

4. Proceed to register your personal information to place your order or log in to your account if you are already a registered customer.

5. Enter your shipping address and payment information. If you have special delivery requirements, don't forget to report them in the appropriate section.

You can check and change the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time and you can pay with major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

The amount is charged at the time of the order, on the selected payment method.

The change is possible before the warehouse has processed the order.

The return and size exchange service is free of charge. From the delivery of your order you have 14 days to request an exchange.

If it is, you will receive an email confirmation and instructions for returning the items you wish to exchange. Prepare your package and wait for the courier to pick it up.
All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags, labels and accessories, without having been removed.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your size exchange request, you can proceed with the return. Please visit the "Returns and Refunds" section for more information.

Shipping

Shipping to Italy is free for orders over 150 € and is made within 7 working days. In the case of orders worth less than 150 €, the shipping cost will be 10 €.


Shipping to Europe is free for orders over 300 €. In the case of orders worth less than 300 €, the shipping cost will be 20 €.


If you have any special delivery requirements, please remember to let us know in the appropriate section.


We suggest that you specify all practical delivery information, such as the name on the intercom, the name of the company, or the presence of the concierge.

The courier will make one more delivery attempt. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, a notice will be left with contact information and your order will be deposited at a pickup point.


By contacting the courier company indicated on the notice, you will be able to pick up your order from the appropriate location that will be indicated to you. If you are unable to pick up your order from the pickup location, after a few days of storage the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

We deliver to Italy and all over Europe, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Poland, UK, Czech Republic , Romania, Sweden, and Switzerland.

The shipping costs indicated by Cruna srl at the time of the order do not include customs duties, taxes and import charges. For orders placed on our website with delivery to the UK, Switzerland and, in general, to all non-European countries, any customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs provided by Cruna srl. Failure by the customer to pay these charges will result in non-delivery of the ordered goods.

Returns and Refunds

The return and size exchange service is free of charge. From the delivery of your order, you have 14 days to request a return, whatever the reason.

After receiving the return and verifying the damage, we will provide a refund or replacement of the failed product, depending on your request and product availability.

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control department will make the appropriate checks. If successful, we will confirm acceptance of your return and make arrangements for a refund.
The refund will be made within ten business days of acceptance of the return, via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
If the refund is for an unavailable product that we are unable to ship to you, the refund will be processed within five business days of when you placed your order.

To exchange a product you must return it by following the online return procedure and proceed with a new order.
