Spedizioni

Shipments in Italy are free for orders over €150 and are made within 7 working days. In the case of orders with a value of less than €150, the shipping cost will be €10.


Shipments in Europe are free for orders over €300. In the case of orders with a value of less than €300, the shipping cost will be €20.


If you have any special needs for delivery, remember to report them to us in the appropriate section.


We suggest you specify all the practical information for the delivery, such as the name on the intercom, the company name or the presence of the concierge.

The Tracking Number is indicated in the order confirmation email, a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier's website.


If you are a registered user, you can follow the shipment directly from the "Your Orders" section.

The courier will make a further delivery attempt. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, a notice will be left with contact details and your order will be deposited at a collection point.


By contacting the courier indicated on the notice, you will be able to collect your order at the competent office that will be indicated to you. If you are unable to collect the order from the collection point, after a few days of storage the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

We deliver in Italy and throughout Europe, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland and Hungary.

The return and size exchange service are free. From delivery of your order, you have 14 days to request a return, whatever the reason.

All products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all the original tags, labels and accessories, without having been removed.

After receiving the return and checking the damage, we will refund or replace the faulty product, based on your requests and product availability.


We will update you regularly via email until we confirm the refund. For any information relating to your return of a faulty product, you can contact us at the email address logistics@cruna.com or on WhatsApp at +39 3755107722.

As soon as your return has been delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control department will carry out the appropriate checks. If successful, we will confirm acceptance of the return and arrange a refund.
The refund will be made within ten working days of accepting the return, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
If the refund relates to an unavailable product, which we are unable to ship to you, the refund will be processed within five working days of placing your order.

To exchange a product you must return it following the online return procedure and proceed with a new order.

The amount is charged at the time of the order, to the selected payment method.
