Shopping on our website is quick and easy:

1) Browse the catalog and click on the product you're interested in.

2) On the product details page, select your size and preferred color, then click "Add."

3) A summary window will open; click "Proceed" and continue with your purchase.

4) Enter your personal information to place the order, or log in to your account if you’re already a registered customer.

5) Enter your shipping address and payment information. If you have any special delivery requests, be sure to note them in the appropriate section.

You can view and edit the contents of your shopping cart at any time, and you can pay with major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Find "Contact Us" at the bottom of the navigation pages. Clicking on it will show a phone number and a form to send an email.

Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €200 and is completed within 7 business days. For orders totaling less than €200, the shipping cost will be €15.

Shipping within Europe is free for orders over €300. For orders under €300, the shipping cost will be €25.
If you have any special delivery requests, please be sure to let us know in the designated section.

We recommend that you provide all the practical information needed for delivery, such as the name listed on the intercom, the company name, or whether there is a concierge.

Returns and size exchanges are free of charge. You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return, regardless of the reason. If you made your purchase through a CRUNA account, you can manage your request directly from your personal account by going to the "Your Orders" section and selecting "Request a Return": https://cruna.com/account

When filling out the form, you will be asked to provide: the email address associated with the order; the order number; the type of request (return or exchange); the reason; photos of the garment’s labels and tags; and any notes that may be helpful for processing the request. You will then receive an email from logistics@cruna.com with all the instructions and the shipping label for pickup. The pickup appointment is handled directly by CRUNA.

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, the new item will be shipped once the product has been returned to our warehouse. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and complete with original tags, labels, and accessories.

Joining the Cruna Club community is quick and easy. Create an account and you'll automatically become a Cruna Club member.

Accumulating points is immediate: for every € (or other currency) spent on our site, you earn 1 Club point. When you sign up, you will immediately receive a welcome code with which you can benefit from 10% discount on your next order.

Points grow and benefits increase! Earning your first 800 points will take you to the Silver Cruna level. To advance to the next level you will have to pass the 2000 Club points threshold.
