This Sweepstakes Programme is operated by CRUNA srl with its registered office in Vicenza, via Vecchia Ferriera 141, VAT No. IT03621630247, Tax Identification Number and Companies’ Register of Vicenza 03621630247 as the Promoter (’CRUNA’ or “Promoter”).

These terms and conditions, together with CRUNA's privacy policy (“Privacy Policy"), which shall be referred to as the ‘Programme Terms and Conditions’, apply to participation in the Cruna Club Programme (as defined below).

This Cruna Club Rewards Programme (the ‘Programme’) is open to all consumers aged 18 years or over. Please note that only the purchases of CRUNA products made on the website www.cruna.com directly managed by Cruna srl shall be included in the Program (therefore, any purchases of CRUNA products made, by way of example, at vending machines, online marketplaces, corners inside Department Stores, franchisees, etc. shall be excluded from the Program).

1. You do not need to complete a purchase to create a Cruna Club account (the ‘Account’) and become a member (‘Member’ or ‘Members’). In contrast, you will need to make purchases to accumulate points and access Programme Levels (see point 6 for details). Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required.

2. Duration of the Programme: the Programme shall start on 15.02.2025 and run until 31.12.2026 Cruna reserves the right to change the duration of the Programme.

3. To register for the Programme as a new Member: from the start date of the Programme, Consumers must log on to www.cruna.com and register by providing their mandatory data (first and last name, e-mail address, and date of birth) and optional telephone number data and accepting the Programme's Terms and Conditions to create an account and become a Member. When registering/creating an account, you will also be asked for privacy consents - as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy - e.g. marketing and profiling, which are not binding to enroll in the Programme but, if provided, allow you to enjoy the Programme.

4. Consumers may only register for the Programme once. If a consumer is found to have enrolled in the Programme more than once, CRUNA srl reserves the right to suspend or close their account.

5. To accumulate points: from the start date of the Programme, Members can accumulate points according to the following instructions: Members must log in to their account before finalizing the transaction on www.cruna.com. For each euro spent on the Cruna site, 1 point will be charged to the Programme Member's account (1€=1 Cruna Club point).

6. Points cannot be uploaded for previously issued receipts or previously made online purchases. It is not possible to charge points for transactions made without the Member having identified himself in the manner provided.

7. Exceptions:

  1. 1. No points will be calculated or credited for purchases or transactions with a value of less than €1.00 (one/00). Points will be calculated based on the total price of products and services and points will be credited based on rounding down to the nearest whole number.
  2. No points will be calculated or credited for the purchase of a Gift Card, whereas points will be credited for the use of the Gift Card for a purchase.
  3. Certain items may be excluded from the Programme at the discretion of CRUNA and, therefore, no points will accrue to the Participant for their purchase.

8. Levels of participation in the Programme (the "Levels"):

  1. CRUNA MEMBER: new members and Members who have collected from 0 points to 799 points enter this level
  2. CRUNA SILVER: new members and Members who have collected between 800 points and 1999 points enter this level.
  3. CRUNA GOLD: new members and Members who have collected between 2000 points and 2999 points are granted access to this level
  4. CRUNA PLATINUM: new members and members who have collected between 3000 and 3999 points may enter this level
  5. CRUNA FAN: new members and Members who have collected between 4000 and 4999 points are granted access to this level
  6. CRUNA LOVER: new members and Members who have collected 5000 points to 5000+ points are granted access to this level

9. Further details and conditions of the Programme Levels: a) Upon enrolling in the Programme, all new Members will be automatically assigned to the CRUNA MEMBER level, Members will access the next Level corresponding to the total value of the purchases made since the beginning of the program, after deducting the value of any returns. c) The benefits offered by the MEMBER, SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM levels may be used in combination with other offers, to be verified from time to time with respect to the indications specified by the Promoter. d) Members enrolled in Cruna Club will be able to enjoy the benefits indicated in the following table:

e) Members may only use one benefit per purchase. f) *Unlimited use of the benefits provided upon reaching Cruna Platinum, Cruna Fan, and Cruna Lover levels is always within the duration of the Cruna Club program indicated in point 2. g) The above prizes/gifts may be subject to change.

10. Timing of points crediting: the Cruna Club points awarded will be credited to Members' accounts within 48 hours from the time of purchase, except in the case of technical disruptions that may delay the crediting. To report any delays in crediting, please contact us at [email protected]

11. Checking points balance: Members can check their accumulated points balance by accessing their account online at online account.

12. Cancellation of points: In the event of the total or partial return of products or services purchased in the online shop for which points have been awarded (e.g. if the Member exercises the right of withdrawal or terminates the purchase agreement, or otherwise returns the product purchased for which the points were credited), CRUNA shall cancel the points awarded in proportion to the amount refunded and in proportion to the points acquired at the time of the transaction.

13. Chiusura dell’account: - a. Members may terminate their account and membership in the Programme at any time simply by submitting a request to CRUNA Customer Service, by consulting the FAQ section, or by emailing us at online@cruna.com - b Once membership in the Programme is terminated, the Member may no longer use or redeem any Privileges associated with the accumulated points. - c. CRUNA may exclude a Member from the Programme by terminating the Member's membership with immediate effect for good cause by giving written notice to the Member stating the reasons for the termination. Good cause includes but is not limited to fraudulent or improper use of the Programme or other violation of the Programme Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. Withdrawal will no longer allow points to be accumulated on purchases made and will result in loss of membership level benefits. All previously accumulated points will be lost and cannot be redeemed by or transferred to other Members.

14. Personal use: Only Members who make purchases for personal use will be able to accumulate points. VAT-registered Members making purchases for commercial or professional activities are therefore excluded.

15. Modifications: CRUNA reserves the right to supplement or amend the Programme Terms and Conditions, taking care that such amendments do not affect the rights of Members. Any changes will be made known to Members through appropriate notices on www.cruna.com.

16. Suspension or Early Termination of the Program: CRUNA may suspend or terminate the Programme in accordance with the timelines set out in Section 3. Early termination and suspension (with their respective consequences) shall be communicated to Members at least 30 days in advance or, with respect to suspension, as far in advance as possible or, at the latest, immediately thereafter. Such notice may be given by CRUNA via the website or through other communications concerning the Programme.

17. Inquiries related to the Program: For any questions or complaints regarding the Programme, Members may contact CRUNA Customer Service at online@cruna.com or refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on the website: www.cruna.com

18. CRUNA is committed to running a fair and safe program and to preventing abuse. If you do not participate in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, your account will be closed. Any benefits or points awarded may be canceled and may be claimed back, and the Promoter reserves the right to ban participation in the Programme for a minimum period of six months. Therefore, the Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to: - a. exclude Members who alter the Programme or who otherwise fail to comply with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions; - b. cancel, modify, or suspend the Programme if it cannot run as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, bad faith, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Promoter's control that compromises or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Programme.

19. Benefits and points awarded by the Programme are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of compensation. If for any reason a benefit is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace such benefit or any element thereof with another of equal or greater value.

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any losses (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential losses or lost profits), expenses, or damages suffered or incurred (whether or not resulting from the negligence of any person) in connection with this Program or the acceptance or use of benefits, except for those liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury due to its negligence.

21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform for reasons beyond its reasonable control resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, global or local epidemics or pandemics, adverse weather conditions, fire, labor disputes, war, terrorist activity, computer network problems and/or cyber-attacks, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, pestilence or other natural disasters, or any other circumstances.

22. If one or more portions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be legally invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining portions will not be affected and will remain in full force and effect.

23. All personal data provided for an account will be used for the purposes of this Program and for research and analysis purposes by the Promoter and/or agents engaged by the Promoter to assist in the administration of the Program. Personal data will not be disclosed to extraneous third parties unless affirmative consent has been obtained. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy

24. By creating an account, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

25. Participation in the Transaction shall be governed in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions, the self-certified original of which shall remain on file and in the custody of CRUNA SRL for the duration of the Transaction and 12 months following its conclusion.

26. CRUNA reserves the right to make changes to the Rules, without prejudice to the rights acquired by Participants, and to withdraw the Program at any time for just cause and subject to appropriate publicity of the withdrawal. Any changes will be effective as of the date indicated in the relevant notices sent by e-mail to Participants or posted on www.cruna.com. A continuously updated version of the Rules will be available at www.cruna.com. Therefore, each Participant is encouraged to consult these Rules periodically to be kept informed of any updates and/or changes to the same.

27. This Transaction (and its possible revocation) will be publicized on the website www.cruna.com

28. By registering for the Cruna Club Program, you agree and undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of use of the Program and give your consent for CRUNA to collect and use the personal data voluntarily provided by you and the data collected from your activities within Cruna Club and www.cruna.com, guaranteeing the utmost confidentiality in the processing of Participants' personal data, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

FINAL NOTES

29. Participation in Operation Cruna Club is free of charge.

30. Participation implies full acceptance of the provisions of these Rules.

31. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that contact and participation information is correct and active: otherwise, participation cannot be guaranteed.

32. CRUNA SRL reserves the right to carry out all verifications regarding the correct participation in the initiative. In the event that the Participants are found to have used fraudulent means and instruments or in violation of the provisions of these Regulations, they will be excluded from the initiative and will lose any rights they may have claimed. In this case, the Promoter reserves the right to proceed, in the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with applicable laws, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system devised and the mechanics of the initiative.

33. Communications or complaints: for any communication, information, or complaint regarding an Order and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer may contact Customer Service on the Contact Us page or by email to online@cruna.com.

34. All disputes relating to these Program Terms and Conditions shall be known by the competent Court of the place of Customer's domicile or residence under applicable law or, at Customer's option, the Court of Vicenza. This is without prejudice to the possibility of promoting the out-of-court settlement of disputes, as provided for in Articles 66 and 141 of the Consumer Code.

35. All disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions of the Program shall be known by the competent Court of the place of domicile or residence of the Customer according to the applicable law or, at the Customer's choice, by the Court of Vicenza. This is without prejudice to the possibility of promoting the out-of-court settlement of disputes, as provided for in Articles 66 and 141 of the Consumer Code.
